Our drivers deliver the same routes everyday and are directly employed by Warehouse Direct (not outsourced). Our delivery staff will save you time and effort by delivering your orders where and how you want them delivered. And, by having the same delivery person for all of your orders you can be confident you know who is entering your building. Deliveries are recorded with an electronic signature and time stamp so you can easily track our delivery performance online. |

We feel you shouldn’t have to wait to get the products you need. Warehouse Direct has over 50,000 items available for overnight delivery. Product back-orders should only be a rare occurrence. Warehouse Direct product orders will be delivered for free without hidden minimum order fees, surcharges or handling fees. (Oversized items, like most furniture that are larger than UPS-able cartons, are subject to delivery charges which will be quoted before you finalize an order.) |

A BETTER APPROACH TO RETURNS, CREDITS & INVOICES At Warehouse Direct your dedicated Customer Service Representative handles all of your returns, product pick-ups, billing questions and credits. Returns and Pick-ups are processed in three days or less. Credits are easily tracked to original invoices with a reference number that is the same as your original invoice + the letter ‘C’ for ‘Credit’. Our credit process saves you time tracking credits and ensures that you receive the credit you are due. As an included service, your invoices can be generated monthly by department, location or cost center. So you can keep track of how your organization spends its office supply budget. Warehouse Direct knows that your time is valuable.
